Requirements
- Must be 18 or over
- Valid British passport or appropriate work permit
- Bring photo ID and work permit documentation
- Bring high-heeled shoes and appropriate dancewear

The Audition Process
Working Auditions: Your working audition will last no more than 10 minutes. You’ll be talked through the role and workplace expectations, and if successful, work or training begins immediately. This is a hands-on audition where you’ll experience the actual working environment, giving you a real feel for the position.
What to Expect
You’ll receive a brief orientation about the role and our standards, plus an introduction to our supportive team environment. Upon successful completion, you can start earning immediately with continued training and development support.

Floor Host
As a Floor Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a prompt, professional, and friendly welcome. You’ll coordinate seating, ensure seamless service handoffs to our waiting staff, and create an exceptional first and lasting impression throughout each customer’s visit.
Bar & Waiting Staff
Deliver outstanding customer service in a warm, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. You’ll serve drinks efficiently, provide attentive table service, and contribute to the positive atmosphere that sets us apart from other venues.
Management
Lead by example in creating exceptional customer experiences while overseeing daily operations. Your responsibilities include staff management and development, inventory control, maintaining service standards, budget adherence, profit optimization, and cash flow management. You’ll ensure our team delivers consistently excellent service while driving business growth.
